- Pay for services in full upon completion of the booked service.
- Pay the partnered service provider for any balance due in addition to any added on charges at the time of service.

- All transactions are subject to processing and service fees as applicable.
- DayGigger.com is not responsible for any payment disputes between customers and service providers.
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy
3. Service Availability and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at any time without prior notice.
- Service providers may also cancel or reschedule services based on their availability.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any specific service provider.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- DayGigger.com serves as a booking platform and is not liable for the quality or outcome of services performed by partnered service providers.
- DayGigger.com is not responsible for any claims or damage to a customers propertyas a result of a partnered service provider. Partnered Service providers are independent contractors. Even though DayGigger.com requires service providers to provide proof of insurance prior to accepting any gigs/jobs scheduled via our booking service, we do not guarantee that a partnered service provider has adequate insurance prior to each job accepted. It is up to the customer to verify insurance at the time of service.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and services.
- We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues that may affect your use of the platform.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content on DayGigger.com, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
